Refund policy

We strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (band merch such as custom shirts, hoodies, and limited edition items), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Ensure to check sizing charts before ordering to avoid any confusion.

• Items marked as final sale, or limited/special edition are non-returnable.
